Monday, January 22nd (hotel arrival by 4pm) – Thursday, January 25th 2024 (depart hotel after 11am)

• Gila River Resort & Casino, Chandler AZ. Located 20-25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport
• Your hotel room will be reserved in advance by the NSM planning committee.  Please indicate on the form below if you plan to arrive early or leave later than the meeting dates at your own expense.

Travel:

• All travel and transportation bookings must be made in advance by each attendee using the Concur booking site. To secure the best airfare, we kindly ask you to book your flights as soon as possible.
• In Concur, please indicate "2024 NSM" in the Business Purpose and Project Code fields.
• Please use your corporate credit card when booking your travel.  If you do not have a corporate card, you can book your flight using a personal card and expense it through Concur, or speak with your manager  regarding payment options.
• The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor.
